How we cover the region

One base, five valleys, one standard

01

Local crews across the region

Real Deal Builders works out of Santa Clarita, and from there we reach a wide stretch of the region. That includes the Santa Clarita Valley at home, the Antelope Valley over the pass in Palmdale and Lancaster, the Conejo Valley in Thousand Oaks and Agoura Hills, Ventura County in Moorpark and Simi Valley, and the San Fernando Valley to the south.

Covering that area from one base means we can bring the right crew for a job without the long lead times of a contractor traveling in from far outside the region. It also means we stay close after the work is done, so scheduling, questions, and any follow up remain simple.

02

The same standard everywhere we work

The climate and the housing change from one valley to the next, and we build with those differences in mind. What does not change is the standard.

Every project, in every city we serve, starts with a free consultation and a written quote, runs with the trades in the right order, and finishes with the hidden work held to the same care as the parts you see. Choose your city above to see how we work there.

Common questions

Frequently asked

The questions we hear most often, answered plainly. If your question is not here, call us and we will answer it the same way.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the Santa Clarita Valley, the San Fernando Valley, the Antelope Valley, the Conejo Valley, and Ventura County, from our base in Santa Clarita. If you are not sure whether you are in our area, call and ask. There is a good chance we can help.

Do you charge more for cities farther from Santa Clarita?

We price each project on its scope, not on how far the drive is. We plan our schedule around the drive so crews work full days, and we are upfront about anything that affects the number before the work begins.

Can you start soon in my city?

It depends on our current schedule and the size of your project. Reach out and we will give you a realistic start window along with your quote. For urgent repairs we can usually find room sooner.

Do you have a physical office we can visit?

Our base is in Santa Clarita, and most of our work happens on your site rather than in an office. If you want to meet in person, we come to the job walk that starts every project. That is the most useful meeting either of us can have.

Which city should I click on if I am on the edge of two areas?

Either works. The city pages are grouped by the closest population center, so if you are between two cities pick the one you consider home. The service is the same either way, and we will confirm the actual address on the first call.

Do you work outside these listed cities?

Sometimes. The cities on this page are our regular service area, and we know the drive and the local building departments in each. If you are just outside the listed cities, call and ask. We will tell you honestly whether it is a fit for how we run projects.

How do local building departments and permits differ across your service area?

Each city and unincorporated county area runs its own building department with its own review timelines and fee schedules. We know these differences and build the right permit timeline into your project schedule up front rather than treat it as a surprise.

Are your crews from Santa Clarita, or local to each city?

Our crews run out of the Santa Clarita base. The advantage is that a single team carries our standard from job to job across the region, rather than the quality swinging based on whichever local subcontractor is available that week.

Do you handle rural and hillside properties differently?

Yes. Rural properties often carry septic, well, outbuildings, and access considerations that suburban tract homes do not. Hillside properties bring structure and drainage detailing that flat lots do not need. We scope the whole property rather than treat it as a suburban parcel.

How do I get started?

Call us, use the contact page, or book a consultation on the city page for your area. We will walk your project with you and put together an honest, detailed written quote before any work begins.
