Every job here has a written scope before anyone starts demolition. That is better for the customer, and it is better for you. It means you are not standing around waiting for a decision nobody made, and you are not being asked to rush a phase because an earlier one ran long.
We sequence trades so each one sets up the next. You get a site that is ready for you when you arrive.
Doing it right is the standard, not the exception
We hold the hidden work to the same standard as the finishes. Waterproofing goes in before tile. Flashing laps in the correct order. Base gets compacted before concrete. If you are the kind of tradesperson who has been told to skip those steps and hated it, you will like it here.
When something is wrong, we want to hear it early. Nobody gets in trouble for stopping work to flag a real problem.

Across our scopes we work with carpenters, tile setters, painters, drywall hangers and finishers, plumbers, electricians, concrete and hardscape crews, and general laborers looking to learn a trade. We also look for lead carpenters and project coordinators as the schedule grows.

Show up when you said you would, do the work the way it should be done when nobody is watching, and tell us early when something is wrong instead of covering it up. Skill can be taught. Those three cannot.
