Do you charge for the consultation or the quote?
No. Both the consultation and the written quote are free. There is no obligation to move forward, and no charge until you approve the scope and give us a start date.
How soon can you get out to walk my project?
We usually schedule a walk within a few days of your first call, depending on our current book. Urgent repairs and emergency work often move sooner.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Santa Clarita Valley, the San Fernando Valley, the Antelope Valley, the Conejo Valley, and Ventura County, from our base in Valencia, CA. See the locations page for every city we cover. If you are just outside our listed area, call and ask.
Do you handle both residential and commercial?
Yes. On the residential side that means kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions and ADUs, tile work, flooring, painting, decks, drywall, and full renovations. On the commercial side we handle build outs, tenant improvements, and repairs for local businesses.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Real Deal Builders is a licensed general contractor and carries the insurance a general contractor should carry. We can provide our license number and insurance certificates on request.
